“The skills that I have gained from this trip will be of utmost importance in years to come, and I have the Trust to thank for granting me the opportunity to go"

Welcome to Bramshott Educational Trust

The Bramshott Educational Trust is a fund to support young people under 25 years in the Bramshott Parish (the Parish includes Liphook, Bramshott, Passfield, Conford and parts of Hammer Vale located in Hampshire).

The Trust was set up with the proceeds of the sale of Bramshott Boys School with the aim of providing financial support for educational endeavours.

About Bramshott Educational Trust

The Trust was established in 1987 following the sale of the boys' school in Bramshott. The proceeds of the sale have been invested ever since and the grants awarded annually represent the income earned on that investment.

The Trust deed specifies who can be appointed as a Trustee and this includes the vicar of the Parish and representatives of the Parish Council and of Hampshire County Council.  The other Trustees are members of the public who are resident in the Parish of Bramshott and Liphook. Anyone who is interested in finding out more about the Trust or donating to its work should complete the contact form.

How are grants awarded?

The Trustees meet twice a year, in April and October to award grants for a variety of educational purposes or activities such as school trips, music and ballet lessons, the purchase of books, specialist tools and other equipment.
