I have had a fantastic time away in Athens! I have learnt an appreciation of the Greek culture and really enjoyed visiting all the museums which were fantastically fascinating!

We had a packed itinerary and stayed in 3 different hotels.
Day 1 – We arrived in Athens (which was amazing to see from the air – all the white houses and buildings (I’ve never been to Greece before). We went to the Temple of Poseidon which was awesome!
Day 2 – We went to the Acropolis (my favourite)
Day 3 - Athens Archaeological Museum and Delphi
Day 4 – Delphi Archaeological site, Corinth Canal, Tolo
Day 5 – Archaeological site at Epidavros, then sadly our flight back to the UK
The highlights of my trip:
I particularly enjoyed the Acropolis and the museum which had a glass floor over the massive ruins which the museum was built over.
The most well-preserved Amphitheatre was great – you could genuinely hear a penny drop from the middle of it, all the way to the top! The views were also amazing! It felt so incredible to see it in real life!
The Corinth Canal was phenomenal – the water was a lovely blue and it was so cool to see just how deep and far it went, really impressive learning how it was done!
I have gained an absolutely unforgettable holiday experience and made so many great memories with everyone I went with. Trying Greek food for the first time, seeing tortoises in the wild, the white houses, impressive temples and fascinating museums. Totally brilliant and I really want to go again! It’s been my favourite holiday!
Thank you so much, Adam.
